Operations Manager and Sales (full-time) for Merchandising Team

Responsibilities

I. Provide sales and operation support

II. Handle order processing from developing client, initial presentation of?product to customers? order & timely delivery of Quotation/Order?confirmation/ Purchase order/ Sales Contract)

III. You will be supported in processing of import & export shipping?documents (invoice, bill of ladings, packing list, certificate of origin,?certificate of analysis, insurance and etc.)

IV. Agreeing with Management on most favourable payment terms

V. Handle all customer sales enquiries and interact liase with?Cantomese/English speaking merchandising team

VI. Coordinate with principal, vendors, forwarders and customers

VII. Compile various report and costing computation for management team.

VIII. Other ad-hoc sales related projects as and when assigned

Requirements

I. Willingness to work in Entrepreneurial office
II. Willingness to work in exchange for equity to assist in upscaling company?and building entrpreneurial environmental company with huge potential
III. Experience in working with in sales and business development required
IV. Knowledge and experience on import and export documents / letter of credit
V. Good communication skills
VI. Fluent in Written and Spoken English and understanding Chinese culture
VII. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
VIII. Positive personality with a can-do attitude
IX. Fast learner and willing to grow with the company
X. Possess positive attitude and being customer oriented
XI. A self-motivated team player who is able to interact with people at all?levels

We are located in Central Hong Kong and operate a?5-day work week (9.30am ? 6.30pm).
