Hey Everyone!

Okay, Firstly, I KNOW there's probably been zillions of hunger games roleplays since the movie gained popularity, But I really want this one to be different. :)
I'm going to be setting this on an alternate timeline. It will begin just AFTER Katniss and Peeta won the 74th hunger games.

This roleplay will deal with the "75th Annual Hunger Games". The third quarter quell.
All characters submitted should be new, and not out of the books.
The rebellion has not occured yet.
Characters from the books will rarely make appearances.
